Albie Mulcahy

Albie Mulcahy is an internationally acclaimed hairstylist, educator, and platform artist with a
career spanning more than 50 years and over 40 countries. A U.S. Army veteran
(1968–1971), he began by owning two successful salons in the Greater Boston area before
training at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy in London.
In the early 1980s, Albie joined Paul Mitchell Systems, rising to become one of only two
World Class Associates, sharing the stage with Paul Mitchell and Jeanne Braa at major
industry events across North America. He later held Director of Education roles for JPMS
Products, Anasazi Products, and John Sahag Products, helping shape education globally
while refining his artistry under the mentorship of legendary stylist John Sahag.
Today, Albie owns VLVT Salon in St. Petersburg, Florida, while continuing to educate
worldwide. His passion remains inspiring professionals through creativity, craftsmanship, and
his belief that "Hair is like fabric—it can be cut, shaped, and moulded into any direction you
desire."

Paul Smith

Paul’s career began in Liverpool England where he followed his family tradition and trained to become a
stylist. After qualifying he continued his training working alongside some of our industries greats:
Sassoon, Trevor Sorbie, Nicholas French to name just a few.
Paul opened a chain of 3 salons in Merseyside England before beginning to work with Wella/ Sebastian,
first as a technician then running the Education Team for Great Britain. His journey with Wella/
Sebastian has taken him around the world performing to some of the largest audiences including The
Alternative Hair Show which he MC’d for many years [The Alternative Hair Show raised millions of
Dollars to help research into cures for children with leukemia]
In 1998 Wella relocated Paul to the USA as Vice President of Education.
In 2003 Paul sent a 5 year period as Global Vice President of Education for Matrix Essentials.
Subsequently Paul had the opportunity to launch an Italian brand with Francesca Raminella, Kaaral into
the North America Market. This continued for 10 pioneering years. To take a brand from nothing to the
success that Kaaral became was one of the most exciting periods of my career.
My mission has always been to pass on whatever experiences and skills I have been blessed to receive to
our wonderful industry and in turn strive to help others to reach their full potential.

Roger is a 3rd generation Hairdresser, successful Salon (R.Cribb The Salon), and
Distributorship owner (Chem-Steel-Distro & Education), and has educated for several
major Hair-Care brands, as well as worked side-by-side with many industry leaders
across his 30 year career. He is always in the pursuit of excellence…continuing to
elevate his skill-sets and knows the importance of staying current…as our amazing
industry continues to evolve. Above all…Roger enjoys helping hairdressers of all levels
of education reach their full potential behind the chair.

Jamie Cloer

Jamie Cloer is a salon owner and educator with Alter Ego Italy North America., based out of Hickory, NC. With three decades of experience behind the chair, Jamie has built her career around creating beautiful blondes, dimensional color, gray blending, and all types of professional hair extension services.

She is passionate about color formulation, corrective color, and helping stylists build confidence in their craft. Jamie believes that great hair happens when skill, creativity, and confidence behind the chair come together.

Known for her creative eye and attention to detail, she thrives on watching color transformations unfold and loves the moment when a client sees their finished look and leaves the chair smiling.

Perrin Anderson

Born and raised in Orangeburg, South Carolina, with roots in Virginia Beach, Virginia, I'm first a man of faith and a proud father to an amazing daughter who keeps me grounded, focused, and striving to become better every day.

For more than 15 years, barbering has been more than a profession—it's been my purpose. Behind the chair I've learned that a haircut can build confidence, create conversations, and change lives. That passion led me to spend six years as an educator with Paul Mitchell in Columbia, South Carolina, and today I proudly serve as the Lead Barber Instructor at Denmark Technical College, where I've helped shape the next generation of barbers for the past three years. In total, I've dedicated nine years to education.

Teaching has never been just about cutting hair. It's about helping people find discipline, discover their creativity, build confidence, and understand that purpose reaches far beyond the barber chair.

Every day I'm committed to becoming the man God created me to be. I believe leadership starts with serving, honor still matters, and true success isn't measured by what you accomplish alone—it's measured by how many people you inspire, encourage, and empower along the way.

Jones is a Trichologist, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, Certified Professional and Christian Life Coach, Personal Branding Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Ordained Minister, salon owner, educator, and author. As the founder of Everything Brandy and Hair Revivalist Pro, she is dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their confidence by restoring healthy hair, renewing their faith, and strengthening their personal brand. Brandy specializes in the connection between trichology, chronic stress, the nervous system, inflammation, and healthy hair growth. Bobby O'Neal Harris, professionally known as I Am Bobby Harris, is an award-winning Master Barber/Stylist, licensed instructor, educator, entrepreneur, and 60x Barber Battle Champion with nearly two decades of experience in the barber and beauty industry

His career extends far beyond competition. Bobby is a 9x award-winning judge, multiple-time Barber of the Year winner, nominee, and industry honoree, as well as a 2x Education Award recipient-recognition reflecting his technical ability, versatility, leadership, and commitment to advancing the industry through education.

Bobby has also made his mark in Bronner Brothers history. He became the only barber invited to compete in the inaugural Bronner Brothers Hair Battle, stepping outside the traditional barber competition arena to battle three of the world's top stylists. He later became the second barber in Bronner Brothers history to earn a perfect score in the Andis Total Look Competition, further establishing his ability to compete and create at the highest levels of both barbering and professional hairstyling.
